Abstract

ABSTRACT: Hemolytic Uremic Syndrome (HUS) is a rare disorder and when develops during pregnancy, it poses a diagnostic challenge. A pregnancy-associated HUS is discussed who was successfully treated with plasmapheresis, hemodialysis and Eculizumab.  Keywords: HUS, Pregnancy, Thrombocytopenia
