Information was collected from medical records for the clinical profile of the patients, intraoperative findings, postoperative complications and duration of hospital stay. Results: The mean age of the patients in this study was 29.92 ± 4.78 years. Majority of the patients (59.5%) presented with menstrual abnormality in the form of heavy menstrual bleeding. Infertility was present in 28.5% patients. The largest size of the fibroid was 17 cm, with a mean diameter of 10.8 ± 3.9 cm. The mean duration of surgery was 120.12 ± 59.46 minutes with an average blood loss of 53.90 ± 32.5 mL. Average hospital stay was 1.8 days. Conclusion: Laparoscopic myomectomy is a good option for lower segment myomas in expert hands in view of minimal blood loss and shorter hospital stay.
