Abstract

Ovarian ectopic is an uncommon form of ectopic pregnancy. One of the differential diagnosis remains Pelvic Inflammatory Disease (PID) which by itself, is rare during pregnancy. A case of ovarian ectopic co-existing with acute PID in a multiparous woman is presented. The diagnosis was evident at laparotomy and confirmed by histopathological examination (HPE).
