Abstract

There are wide variations in the prevalence of congenital uterine abnormalities. This range is between 2 and 8% among infertile women. We discuss management of a 28-year-old South Asian woman who presented with a left unicornuate uterus with ipsilateral hydrosalpinx a non-communicating rudimentary right horn.
